- A study shows that during the pandemic, over 5,000 Canadian respondents have been experiencing rise in clinically meaningful sleep difficulties from 36.0% to 50.5% (Robillard et al., 2020).
- A sleep quality study illustrates that improved bedding systems can effectively release back pain, increase your sleep quality and decrease your stress (Jacobson, Boolani, & Smith, 2009).
