How will my order be delivered? 

All of our Slumber products are shipped with UPS. Any orders that include a mattress will require a signature when it is dropped off at your house. If you are not home, you will have to visit your local UPS store to pickup your Slumber order. 

When will my order arrive? 

Once you place your order on Slumber, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and an estimated delivery date. We recommend tracking your order everyday to be in the know about when your order will arrive. 

When will my mattress unfold fully? 

Since our Slumber mattress do come in a box, it will look small upon opening but wait 48 hours and your mattress will grow to its full size. Then you will be good to go to sleep. 

How do I care for my Slumber mattress? 

The Slumber mattress takes care of itself. If you feel the need to protect the mattress further, applying a mattress cover to the surface is a good idea. To maximize its lifespan we recommend rotating the mattress every year or so and avoid spilling liquids on the surface. 

Can I purchase products individually? 

Yes! Although we believe that you will get the best sleep with our kits, you can purchase any Slumber product by itself. Mattresses, blankets, pillows...anything! 

How do I participate in the Mattress Recycling Program? 

When you are ready to buy a new mattress, contact us and we will set up a date to pick up your old Slumber mattress at zero cost. 

How does the trial period work?

Once your Slumber product arrives at your house, you have 90 days to test it out and see if it is right for you. If you are finding that Slumber isn't quite right for you, contact us and we will set up a date to pick up your Slumber product at zero cost. 

Where can I purchase Slumber products? 

Right here! Slumber is a e-commerce only company therefore we do not have any physical stores. We do not use any third party sellers. 

Can I return or exchange my products? 

Absolutely. You can return any product you aren't happy with free of charge. As for exchanges, you can exchange a Slumber product for a new one of the equivalent price. 

Are there any financing options? 

Yes! If you aren't ready to purchase your Slumber products all in one payment, we offer a 4 time payment option. At the checkout simply click on payment plan and it will direct you to fill out all the information we need from you.
